Feeds 6-8 people
1 large lettuce (we use 1/ 1/2) washed and separated (set aside)
4 chicken breasts (crock pot with teriyaki sauce 2-3 hours on high, 4-6 on low) then shred
6 green onions finely chopped
1 1/2 C slivered almonds
2 Tbl. sesame seeds (toasted optional)
2 pkg ramen noddles crumbled
1 large can mandarin oranges
Dressing:
1/4 vinegar (cider or white)
1/4 cup oil
2 Tb. sugar
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp pepper
Mix in small serving bowl
In large bowl mix chicken, nuts, seeds, noodles, onions, and oranges
To serve: spoon chicken mixture onto lettuce leaf, top with a little dressing, wrap and eat...yum!
