Sesame Chicken

3 to 4 chicken breasts
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
¼ cup sesame seeds
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 green onions, thinly sliced

Skin and bone chicken breasts; cut into 1-inch chunks. In a large skillet, cook sesame seeds in oil over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until seeds are golden, about 2 minutes. Cool. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, ginger, pepper, garlic and half the green onions. Mix in chicken. Cover and chill 1 to 4 hours. Arrange meat in a single layer in a baking pan; pour marinade over meat. Broil 6 inches from heat until golden, about 10 minutes. Turn chicken and broil 5 minutes more or until meat is no longer pink inside. Serve with rice garnished w/ remaining sliced onions.
