Mint Brownies

1/2 cup butter
l cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
l tsp. vanilla
l cup flour
16 oz. hersheys syrup

Mix softened butter and sugar together until creamy. Add eggs and beat well. Add salt, vanilla and syrup and mix until well blended. Mix in flour.

Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool.

2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 teaspoons peppermint
few drops of green or red food coloring
a bit of milk to make a creamy frosting

Mix powdered sugar and butter together until smooth. Add flavoring and foodcoloring. Gradually add a bit of milk to make a creamy frosting. Frost cooled brownies.

6 oz. chocolate chips
6 Tablespoons butter

Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Mix until smooth. Pour over frostingand tilt pan until glaze covers all of frosting evenly. Cool and let glaze setbefore cutting.

**I cool brownies in refrigerator between steps.
