Crock Pot Chicken

4-6 chicken breasts1 pkg zesty Italian seasoning
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 can (10 ¾ oz.) cream of chicken soup

Combine ingredients into crock pot and cook on low 4-6 hours or on high 3-5 hours.
