6 potatoes
1 cup sour cream
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozerella cheese
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Boil potatoes.
Beat in all ingredients (cheddar being the last).
Put in casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
(Can be prepared ahead of time, refrigerated and reheated.)
