5 large ripe bananas
4 eggs
1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Beat bananas to a liquid, add eggs. Cream together shortening and sugar. Add banana/egg mixture. Add dry ingredients. Pour into 2 well-greased loaf tins.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
