Broccoli Bacon Quiche

1 unbaked pie crust
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 1/2 cups broccoli
1/4 cup shredded or pieced bacon
Seasonings to taste

While steaming broccoli, place pie crust in 9" pie pan. Whisk together eggs and milk. Add spices/seasonings as desired. Place steamed broccoli in pie crust. Sprinkle shredded cheese and bacon on top of broccoli. Pour in egg/milk mixture. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until quiche is firm in middle.

**The measurements for cheese, broccoli and bacon are all estimates...add more/less for preference. Could substitute broccoli/bacon for any other vegetable(s)/meat(s) as desired.
